Yes, and we suggest you do for the first six months. The site does not compete with the account; it gives you a place of your own to send the customers you win, and a source of enquiries that costs the same whether it brings one or twenty.
What happens to my reviews if I leave?
They stay on the directory. That is why we start the review campaign before anything lapses: a request to your past customers so the good ones land on your own Google Business Profile, where every customer looks and where nobody can take them from you.
Is this cheaper than what I pay now?
