Everything is cooked from what the valley gives us: estate venison, watercress from two fields over, bread proved overnight and baked before service. The menu below is this week's. Next week it will be a little different, and that is the point.

- Saturday 12 - 11pm
- Sunday 12 - 6pm, roasts until they run out
- Monday & Tuesday Closed, we are foraging
