What we do
Roofs rarely fail in one place only. Keeping the lead, the gutters and the chimney in the same team means the whole thing is put right while the scaffold is up, once.
Full strip and re-roof in tile or slate, with new felt, battens and leadwork. Scaffold included in the price.
Slipped tiles, lifted ridges and water coming in. Made safe the same day, repaired properly afterwards.
GRP fibreglass and single-ply membrane for extensions, garages and dormers. Twenty year life, no felt.
Valleys, flashings, chimney trays and bay tops. Code-correct lead, welted and clipped, not mastic.
UPVC and aluminium replacement, plus cleaning and realignment where the fall has gone.
Repointing, rebuilds, capping and removal, with the flashing renewed while the scaffold is up.
The survey
A roof survey takes about an hour and costs nothing. It is the part most people find reassuring, because it is the part where you stop having to take anybody's word for it.
